Introduction—Understanding the Narrative in Terms of Sea Power Strategists
The ruling coalition of the neoconservatives, the neoliberals, and the Left in concert with the prevailing media advances the narrative that (1) Washington and London are advancing the concept that “Democracies” are run by enduring bureaucratic institutions over popularist conceptions of “Democracy,” (2) it is best for the world if the West’s quest to advance enduring bureaucratic institutional “Democracy” to Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Central Europe, and Southern Asia is best for the world, and (3) need to “contain” Russian oil and natural gas pipeline and railway infrastructural integration with the German-speaking Industrial Centers, India (via Chabahar), China, South Korea, and Japan to advance Western bureaucratic institutional “Democracy” over Russo-Eurasianism strategies is best for the world, along with (3) the need to “contain” Chinese overland logistical electrical grid, oil and natural gas pipeline, highway, railway, and seaport infrastructural integration with its neighboring countries in Asia while advance Western bureaucratic institutional controlled “Democracy” is also best for the world.
In the present scenario, the Western geopolitical strategy is to contain both Russian and Chinese electrical grid, fiber optic, oil and natural gas pipeline, highway, railway, and seaport integration, i.e. ‘transportation and communication’ integration to stop a Russo-Sino “Eurasianism” strategy to shift the global center of gravity away from Washington and London and towards Moscow and Beijing instead.
The West is attempting to thwart the Russo-Sino-Eurasianist strategy by using the National Endowment for Democracy and Western-backed nongovernmental organizations to promote the Western bureaucratic institutional conception of “Democracy” in the Eurasian Coastal rimland countries to keep the global political center of gravity based on Washington and London.
